Registration under Article 102 Charter of the United Nations
|
As the designated Depositary State under the Treaty, and pursuant to it’s obligation under Article 30 paragraph 5 of the Treaty, Malaysia submitted the Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters among like-minded ASEAN Member Countries to the Secretary-General of the United Nations for registration under Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations on 1 June 2005.
